Acceptance notification

Participants are invited to submit an abstract(s) for consideration by the Congress Scientific Committee on or before 7th April 2024.
Papers must not have been presented/published elsewhere.
A limited number of abstracts will be shortlisted for E-Poster.
The Committee reserves the right to decide on the final mode of presentation and to select the abstracts relevant to the sessions.
Abstracts will be published in the Final Programme/e-Book only upon receipt of the Registration Fees.
Abstracts will be published in our journal.

Guidelines

Abstracts must be submitted in English
Text must be typewritten in Times New Roman, font size min 12.
Only abstracts submitted online will be accepted. Abstracts submitted by fax, email or paper copy will NOT be considered.
E-Poster presentations will be sub-divided into the following categories:
- Case Report
- Case Series
- Retrospective Research Studies
- Prospective Research Studies
- Medical Innovation, New Technique
Abstract texts should have the following structure:
- Objectives
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
For Case Report, the abstract texts should have the following structure:
- Introduction
- Case Description
- Discussion
The abstract may contain up to a maximum of 250 words. Do not include graphs, tables, diagrams, pictures, or references in the abstract.
All abstracts regardless of final mode of presentation, should be submitted on or before 8th April 2024.
Once the abstract submission has been successful, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please ensure your email address is correct.
Selected presenting authors will be notified.
For each abstract, the Registration Fee for the presenting author should be paid.
If an abstract is selected, at least one author must be a paying Congress registrant and must attend the Congress.
